This two part workshop will cover the basics of wood carving as you customize your own Walnut Opinel folding stainless steel knife.  Create a design or carve it to fit perfectly in the palm of your hand.  Choose from a walnut or olive wood handle, and learn how to choose the right hand tool, understand wood grain and finish your piece with your own custom design.

Session 1 (Feb 12 6:30-9:30): designing and carving shape

Session 2 (Feb 19 6:30-8:30): sanding and finishing

Great for all skill levels.  No previous woodworking experience required.
